Spider veins (leg veins) can mar the appearance of an otherwise perfect leg or face. The intense, pulse light device provides treatment for facial veins and capillaries. Spider veins on the legs are treated with a combination of sclerotherapy and laser treatments using the V-beam by Candelia. A painless injection of a solution is used to shrink and fade leg veins. There is no downtime except temporary discoloration of the treated areas. Usually, three to four treatments are necessary to achieve a clearer appearance of the skin on the legs or face.

Varicose Veins & Spider Veins Removal

With an incredible new procedure, varicose veins may be removed, possibly permanently. In an outpatient procedure performed in our private surgery center, a laser is passed through the vein that is feeding the varicose veins. The laser then blocks the vessel and stops the blood flow. The varicose veins usually then shrink and disappear.

Smaller spider veins may also be remove with laser therapy or sclerotherapy where fluid is injected into the small veins to occlude them and make them disappear.
