Penis enlargement surgery (Phalloplasty), including penis lengthening, penile widening with Alloderm dermal-matrix grafts, glanular enhancement, penile reconstruction and curvature correction, and penile implants.

Half of the penis is located inside the body attached to the pubic bone by what is known as the suspensory ligament. By releasing the suspensory ligament increased length (penis enlargement) of the penis is achieved. Typically, patients performing Penis Enlargement will see an increase of 1 to 2 inches. The large the penis the more there is to gain, since more of the penis will be inside the body.

The procedure is performed through a small incision located in the pubic region where the pubic hair will conceal the incision site. No incision is made on the penis itself. Additionally, some patients have excessive fat in their pubic region, thereby concealing length. For these patient pubic liposuction can help to expose more of the penis.
